Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (no xylitol or added sugars)
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- Splash of low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Pop out and serve as a cooling treat.
