Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (plain, not pie filling)
- 1 egg
Optional “frosting”: plain Greek yogurt + sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Spoon into greased mini donut pans.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Let cool. Add yogurt “frosting” if desired.
