Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in water (drained)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the tuna and mix with egg and flour to form a dough.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then cool and cut into small squares.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
